Por qué los vendedores están ofreciendo más concesiones hoy en día? 🏡

Porque hay más inventario en el mercado y, al haber más opciones, los compradores pueden comparar y elegir con calma.

Qué son las concesiones del vendedor?
Son beneficios o incentivos que el vendedor ofrece para hacer su casa más atractiva. Ejemplos de estas pueden ser cubrir parte de los gastos de cierre, hacer reparaciones o incluso bajar el precio de la propiedad.

👉 Más casas en venta = más competencia entre vendedores.
👉 Más competencia = más motivación para negociar.

Al final, los vendedores que realmente quieren cerrar la venta están dispuestos a ser más flexibles.

Si me preguntan si es entonces un buen momento para comprar, yo diré que siempre que estés listo, pero estamos definitivamente en un mercado que favorece a los compradores.

Take a look at the list of eligible occupations. Some jobs, like dental assistants, hygienists, and phlebotomists, aren’t mentioned by name but are still eligible.
