Huge congratulations to this amazing young couple on becoming homeowners. When we first spoke back in mid May, they mentioned they had minimal to no idea of the process of becoming homeowners and were looking for that guidance and help to get through it. I was amazed on how well they were prepared and organized with their paperwork and numbers for their young age. After a good amount of showings and some dealings in this tough buyers market, we arrived to the closing table in less than 35days from accepted contract day!! Thank you again for trusting me and for letting me help you and guide you throughout.
Also a very big thank you to everyone involved, title company, lender and the sellers side for a quick and smooth transaction. It’s another Dom deal!!

Huge congratulations to my sellers on the sell of their home with sights on bigger things for this gorgeous growing family. They reached out to me a couple of months back with thoughts of selling their home needing more space for their growing family. We got together, sat down and looked at the scenarios for their situation and after talking about it some they decided to put the house on the market. And less than 60 days later, here we are officially signing the closing documents for the sell of their home. Big thank you to the buyers side and the title company for a smooth and quick transaction. And again, a huge congratulations to them and thank you for trusting me on this very important step in their lives. Lets just say, its a Dom deal!!

Huge congratulations to my buyer on the purchase of gorgeous home in the Cutler Bay area. I helped him sell his home a couple of years back and wanted to buy again but the time wasn’t right for him. He reached out to me last month with the desire of purchasing a new home that his kids and family could enjoy. It was a bit of a challenge due to what he had in mind as far as what he wanted but also considering how competitive the market is today. We had some ups and downs during the entire process but we made it happen including negotiating the house down $40k from asking price and here we are today. New keys to his new home. Thank you again for trusting me with the purchase of this gorgeous home and for letting me help you, guide you and answer any question that you had. And also a very big thank you to for another quick and smooth closing as always!!

On to the 2nd closing of the day and to story time #2. Another HUGE HUGE congratulations to this special family of 4. We started working together over 2 years ago to this day. Unfortunately things didn’t work out on finding a home back then due to the market and other situations out of our control but here we are today. Just closed on a beautiful property in the area that they originally wanted going back to when we started.

I want to give a HUGE HUGE congratulations to this family on the closing of their first home.g and I have known each other for almost 10 years now going back to my publix days where we met as coworkers and kicked it of from there. Once I got my RE License we always talked about working together when he was ready to become a homeowner and here we are today, just closed on a beautiful home.
