Edison Towers is more than just a building — it’s a commitment to Places. People. Progress. Seniors here will enjoy safe, affordable homes along with on-site services, weekly activities, and community amenities that enrich daily life.

Groundbreaking of Bayside Breeze: TEDc + FWBHA: Building the Future of Fort Walton Beach

We’re excited to announce the groundbreaking of Bayside Breeze, the first phase of a comprehensive redevelopment of the Charlie Hill Terrace public housing property.

Through our public-private partnership with Fort Walton Beach Housing Authority, Bayside Breeze (Phase I) will deliver 100 age-restricted 1-bedroom affordable residences for seniors—approximately 105,000 SF of living space and amenities. This milestone kicks off a multi-phase plan to replace 124 outdated units with:

- 372 modern rental homes for families & seniors
- 20 homeownership opportunities
- A community center and new Housing Authority offices

Bayside Breeze is made possible through SAIL financing and federal tax credits from the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, along with project-based rental assistance to ensure long-term housing stability for our residents.

Bayside Breeze will be professionally managed by Tacolcy Property Management Corp. and construction services provided by T&G Constructors. Together with these and other partners, we’re creating a stronger, more sustainable, and more inclusive future for Fort Walton Beach. And this is just the beginning.
