Continued… This is the career story of Brian Banks. Brian was a first-round pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2021 NFL Draft. Brian, 23, pictured here after his rookie year in the offseason before his first major career injury. Brian is posted here with his new Rolls Royce in front of the 2-acre lot he purchased with his realtor offseasonhomes. Brian’s mother, Denise, who prays over all Brian’s financial decisions, had an intuition to hold the lot after the injury, which was meant for building his dream home, rather than sell it. Denise’s intuition for her son paid off. The next season, in year three, Brian became the comeback player in the NFL after his ACL surgery, and his team made the playoffs. Brian’s outlook totally changed from his season of injury and the team’s previous losing seasons of 4 and 12. By the end of that season, Brian’s brother Mario broke ground on Brian’s lot for four luxury townhouses in Delray Beach, Florida. Once the townhouses were complete and fully rented by year five, Brian decided that when he signed his free agency contract, he would use his signing bonus to start construction on his 10,000 sqft dream home in Southwest Ranches, with a full basketball court in the backyard for his daughter and future kids with his wife, Lisa McBride. By the time Brian signed his contract, the 2-acre lot had appreciated 100% over the 4 years since Brian’s mom told him to hold onto it. Brian, by doing just that, was already up $2M in equity before breaking ground on his 2-acre lot in SW Ranches, Florida, and never needed his signing bonus from the NFL. The mortgage lender only needed Brian’s income from the 4 luxury townhouses and Brian’s new contract to show that he was employed. This allowed Brian’s brother Mario to break ground on the 2-acre lot in the 1st photo after Brian closed on the lot. 2nd photo: Brian, in year 6, with his daughter in the backyard of his 10,000 sqft dream home. Through real estate, Brian is living a life most people dream about. END.

This is the career story of Brian Banks. Brian was a first-round pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2021 NFL Draft. Brian, 28, is here with his wife, Lisa McBride, 31, an Army veteran and lawyer with her own personal injury law firm. Also included in the photo is Ashley, 8, Brian’s daughter from a previous relationship in college. Brian is now in year six as he sends a photo to his realtor, Offseason Homes, in the yard of his new 2-acre home in Southwest Ranches, Florida. Brian knows how much went into making this photo happen. You see, in Brian’s second year in the league, he tore his ACL in Week 4. In the offseason that year, Brian purchased the 2-acre lot to build his future dream home. Luckily, he also purchased a good deal on a lot near his old high school in Delray Beach that was zoned for four luxury townhouses. In Week 5 that year, Brian was faced with the decision after tearing his ACL to build the four townhouses on the lot by his high school or build his 10,000 sqft dream home on 2 acres. With a torn ACL and the team finishing that season with only five wins, Brian’s future didn’t look as bright as he once thought when buying the land for his dream home. In his third offseason, after continued setbacks in rehab, Brian decided to use his brother Mario’s construction company to build four luxury townhouses in Delray Beach and rent them out to snowbirds. Brian’s mother, Denise, who prays over all Brian’s financial decisions, had an intuition to keep the lot that was to be for building his dream home rather than sell it. Once the townhouses were complete and fully rented by year five, to be continued…

This is the career story of Brian Banks. Brian was a first-round pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2021 NFL draft. Brian was lucky enough to have a great family support system. Brian had an older brother, Mario, age 27; his father, Norlens, 52; and a mother, Denise, age 45, who prays over her son's life decisions and finances. In Brian's first year in the league, Brian's dad convinced him to buy a lot to develop four luxury townhouses near his old high school in Delray Beach, Florida. By year two in the NFL, Brian qualified for a construction loan. In year three, Brian's brother's construction company broke ground on Brian's lot near Delray Beach that he purchased in year one. By year four, Brian's four luxury townhouses finished construction, and all four luxury townhouses were fully rented. In year five, Brian met Lisa McBride, age 27. Lisa is a full-time student finishing her law degree from Florida A&M in Orlando. Brian knows he needs his finances together to show Lisa he's capable of raising a family. Brian lives in the first townhouse; he uses the rent from the second luxury townhouse to pay for his luxury car payments. The third and fourth luxury townhouses pay Brian's mortgage and savings for a life with his fiancée, now Lisa. By the time Brian gets his second NFL contract from the LA Rams, Brian paid off the four townhouses in Delray Beach and uses the $20,000 a month rent revenue towards his mortgage on a 10,000 sqft home in Southwest Ranches, which he purchased from his realtor in the exclusive neighborhood Landmark Estates. Through real estate, Brian is truly living the life most people athletes dream about!
