Continued… This is the career story of Brian Banks. Brian was a first-round pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2021 NFL Draft. Brian, 23, pictured here after his rookie year in the offseason before his first major career injury. Brian is posted here with his new Rolls Royce in front of the 2-acre lot he purchased with his realtor offseasonhomes. Brian’s mother, Denise, who prays over all Brian’s financial decisions, had an intuition to hold the lot after the injury, which was meant for building his dream home, rather than sell it. Denise’s intuition for her son paid off. The next season, in year three, Brian became the comeback player in the NFL after his ACL surgery, and his team made the playoffs. Brian’s outlook totally changed from his season of injury and the team’s previous losing seasons of 4 and 12. By the end of that season, Brian’s brother Mario broke ground on Brian’s lot for four luxury townhouses in Delray Beach, Florida. Once the townhouses were complete and fully rented by year five, Brian decided that when he signed his free agency contract, he would use his signing bonus to start construction on his 10,000 sqft dream home in Southwest Ranches, with a full basketball court in the backyard for his daughter and future kids with his wife, Lisa McBride. By the time Brian signed his contract, the 2-acre lot had appreciated 100% over the 4 years since Brian’s mom told him to hold onto it. Brian, by doing just that, was already up $2M in equity before breaking ground on his 2-acre lot in SW Ranches, Florida, and never needed his signing bonus from the NFL. The mortgage lender only needed Brian’s income from the 4 luxury townhouses and Brian’s new contract to show that he was employed. This allowed Brian’s brother Mario to break ground on the 2-acre lot in the 1st photo after Brian closed on the lot. 2nd photo: Brian, in year 6, with his daughter in the backyard of his 10,000 sqft dream home. Through real estate, Brian is living a life most people dream about. END.
