Robert Festinger Joins We Are Miami as Senior Commercial Advisor, Expanding the Firm’s Commercial, Hospitality, and Institutional Advisory Capabilities
MIAMI, FLORIDA — May 14, 2026 — We Are Miami today announced that veteran real estate and hospitality executive Robert Festinger has joined the firm as Senior Commercial Advisor, bringing more than 25 years of experience across institutional commercial real estate, hospitality operations, landlord representation, capital markets, asset management, and strategic advisory.
Festinger’s addition reflects the firm’s continued expansion into commercial real estate, hospitality-driven mixed-use assets, landlord representation, investment advisory, and institutional relationship development throughout South Florida and beyond.
Over the course of his career, Festinger has overseen and advised on more than one million square feet of office and retail assets across Miami, Palm Beach, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.
In addition, he has participated in capitalizations and financings exceeding $1.5 billion involving major institutions such as Blackstone, Starwood Capital Group, Cerberus Capital Management, MSD, Citibank, and Banco Popular.
