The branded residences will be operated by the Franchisee under the brand” Meliá”. The Franchisee uses the “Melia” brand and trademarks pursuant to a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license granted by TSGC. This license may be terminated or may expire without renewal, in which case the branded residences will no longer be associated with the “Melia” brand. TSGC does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, statements, representations, or warranties made by the Franchisee or any of its agents, employees, or representatives. TSGC is not a party to any agreements entered into with purchasers of the branded residences and does not have any direct or indirect relationship with such purchasers. TSGC does not guarantee and makes no representations regarding any financial returns, income, rental programs, economic performance, or investment outcomes related to the branded residences.
