When working with TMF Group US, our team evaluated their space projection needs and identified a strategic path forward: staying in place while rightsizing their footprint.

As their Tenant Owner’s Representative, we guided TMF Group through negotiating a successful stay-in-place deal that reduced square footage, optimized operational costs, and allowed them to retain the location they love—all while adapting to modern workplace efficiency.
