What an unforgettable adventure! I had the amazing opportunity to participate in the Real Estate Strategy Game at the University of Regensburg in Regensburg,Germany. This event wasn’t just about real estate; it was about stepping into dynamic roles, making strategic investment decisions, and learning how to balance economic, environmental, and social goals. 💼🌱
From brainstorming sustainable solutions in the Blue Game to delivering our team’s pitch in the R-Elevate Fund, the learning was as deep as it was hands-on. 📊 And I can’t forget to mention that I discovered some hidden rap skills during our creative presentation, leading our team to win an honorable mention in the award ceremony! 🎤🌟
The highlight wasn’t just the game itself, but also the chance to connect with brilliant minds from across the globe, explore the beautiful city of Regensburg, and dive into the collaborative spirit of international education. 📚 The takeaways?
