Gladys was born in Medellin, Colombia, and relocated to the United States at an early age. During her studies in school, she received many academic and athletic awards. Gladys had a dream of becoming a lawyer but found her real passion in Real Estate. For her, this passion became her life’s work which has allowed her to generate the income which has afforded her multiple opportunities and numerous

accomplishments – her fondest accomplishment being the heartfelt satisfaction of seeing her many associates achieve success and earn their financial independence under her leadership. During her successful 22-year-long career, Gladys has become one of the most recognized real estate brokers in South Florida. A large part of her success has always been exceeding her clients’ and sales team’s expectations. She proclaims that ongoing training and daily long hours are the basic ingredients of ensuring success. In 2009, she launched her own real estate company, Doral Isles Real Estate, LLC, in the City of Doral in Miami, Florida, and built a real estate team of 150 real estate agents that focused entirely on the listing, selling, and leasing of commercial and residential real estate. In 2018, Gladys became a partner at Keller Williams Realty Int’l Lifestyles, LLC, and assembled a team of 250 Real Estate agents which quickly became one of the most recognized real estate offices worldwide for Keller Williams Realty. In 2022 she received recognition for “Mujer Exitosa De Alto Nivel” in Miami Florida for a great trajectory of achievements in leadership and success, in inspiring women in the global Hispanic Community. Gladys now has her sights set on an exciting new opportunity as Co-founder, Vice-President, and Managing Broker of the William Pierce Real Estate Brokerage firm – with its first Miami office. The firm's new office will focus on the listing and selling of properties globally. Gladys said, “After my many years in the brokerage business, the opening of our new company’s Miami office couldn’t be more exciting.”
