I’m coming out of a meeting, one of those that warms the soul.
I met Marta and Antonio a few months ago on a Zoom about . It had been arranged by an amazing realtor, Francesco Ponticelli. They live in northern Italy and they struck me as excellent people: professional, organized; they requested information and analyzed it, they went straight to the point and later made their purchase. Then they let us know when they were coming, and finally arrived this week.
I brought them a cake from as a gift, and then they invited my wife, Mónica, and me to have coffee.
We met today at 6:30. They showed up with their two daughters, two charming young ladies who were engaged in the conversation the entire time. They shared anecdotes about their lives, their studies, and their work. Marta and Antonio did the same—they are a lovely couple: friendly, intelligent, educated, cultured, and with great common sense.
There are meetings that make you feel grateful for the decision to promote a product or take on a profession. This was one of them. So lovely people.
Marta, Antonio, it was a pleasure meeting you. Now, Mónica and I have a wonderful excuse to go to Milano.
