The utilities agreement has been finalized for the newly constructed 31-story Edgewater apartment tower.

The completion of a utilities agreement has facilitated the connection of the new Modera North Bayshore tower to the water and sewer system in Edgewater. The tower, which is set to span 31 stories, will be located adjacent to the previously constructed 28-story Modera Biscayne Bay (now Watermarc at Biscayne Bay) that was finished in 2021. Under the terms of the agreement, a total of 275 apartments in the new tower will be linked to the utilities. The construction permit for the new tower has been under review since November.
