In 2018, I negotiated a 132,457 SF world headquarters office lease in Miami with World Fuel Services Corporation, Florida’s largest publicly traded company, and a 2,625 SF branch office in Orlando for TekPartners, one of the best and fastest growing staffing companies in America.
