“There is no ceiling” at Nadim Ashi’s Fort Partners’ recently-completed Surf Club complex – the condo building’s buyout has reached $386.4 million.

Seaway North’s 10 units have an average sale price of $38.6 million. And although a single unit has yet to set a market-wide price record, the average far exceeds any other new development in Miami-Dade County.

And South Florida players say prices at the Surf Club could climb even higher.
