When someone asks me, “How’s the Miami real estate market?” there really isn’t one answer.
Right now, Miami-Dade single-family homes have 4.51 months of inventory, while condos have 10.88 months.
Same county — but a very different market depending on what you’re buying or selling.
This is why I always look beyond the headline numbers. Property type, neighborhood and price point matter.
