We visited the 🌴Delano🌴 sales gallery in Downtown. We felt a bit of Miami night life nostalgia, with a bar at the entrance as a reminder of the Rose Bar.

The Delano is being developed by PMG, the same developers as it’s neighbor, presently being built, the Waldorf Astoria.

These two super tall towers will grace the sky at 100 floors for Waldorf Astoria and 90 for Delano.

Delano is following Chicago and New York lead, with Miami’s first observatory.

We entered the simulator elevator and went to 83 floor observatory. See the video.
