Zillow’s 2026 paint color analysis found that chocolate brown and sage green may help a home show better while being for sale, while ochre yellow, bright red and pale pink can turn buyers off.

After being one of a Miami culinary and hospitality landmark for 26 years, the Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Brickell Key came down today in the largest controlled implosion in Miami in over a decade.
The property will be redeveloped into a new luxury property with two towers, including a new American flagship hotel and residential units, opening in 2030.
