Brickell is Miami's financial district and a neighborhood that has been called the "Mini Manhattan". It's just South of Downtown Miami and is a lot more upscale than its older counterpart. It attracts young professionals and families who love walkability & are used to City living. Although I'd argue that it's a fantastic place to be single.

Coconut grove is miami's oldest neighborhood & personally my favorite of all the areas here in the city. It's made a huge comeback after being "asleep" for the past few decades's.
If you're thinking about moving to the grove, i'm easy to find.
