So we built Availability Audit.

Now you can instantly see which properties have no availability or low availability (fewer than 5 slots in the next week), with flagged alerts across your portfolio.

Then drill down to the property and:
• See exactly which days and times are unavailable
• Click any time slot to see the exact reason why
• Fix the issue immediately with a one-click action

RentEngine now lets you collect leads for properties that are On Hold or temporarily unavailable—directly from your website.

👉 Instead of an empty calendar, prospects see a short “Register Interest” form.
👉 Their info is stored in the Command Center.
