What started as a vision in 2007 alongside Alonzo Mourning and AM Affordable Housing is continuing into its next chapter.

While the financial crisis delayed the original Courtside development for years, the mission behind it never changed. A decade later, Courtside Apartments opened its doors in 2016, creating affordable housing and new opportunity for the historic Overtown community.

Now, nearly another decade later, we are proud to continue that vision with Courtside II, coming soon.

This development marks the 12th completion between HTG and AM Affordable Housing. This is a reminder that meaningful community impact takes persistence, long-term commitment, and partners who believe in the mission from the very beginning.
