"From finding someone a warehouse in Doral to selling their second home in Coconut Grove, I feel my biggest strength lies in servicing the client," he says. Rafael's first step in the client-agent relationship is to discuss and define expectations, followed by a full explanation of the buying/selling process from the initial contract to the closing table. "I hold my clients' hands from start to finish," he says. "And because my goal is to empower them to make the decision that's right for them, the opinions I give them are always frank and honest." Born and raised in Miami, Rafael currently lives in Coconut Grove with his wife of 13 years and two children. They have two dogs and give back to the community by working to protect animal rights.
