Retail property sale in Largo, Florida.

C-3 Commercial Real Estate Advisory represented IMECA Lumber in the $3,000,000 sale of 9483 Ulmerton Road, a 10,080 SF commercial building, on a 1.4 acre site, located on a signalized corner along the Ulmerton Road retail corridor.

The property was originally marketed for lease to national retail tenants before ultimately being acquired by Trust Roofing, which plans to establish its regional headquarters at the site.
