The Liberty One Freedom Builder is a bank funded rent-to-own program that helps you build equity starting on day 1!
Happy Family in front of House
Liberty One offers the Freedom Builder because there are simply many people who simply do not qualify for a mortgage at this time. Either their credit scores are too low, they don't have U.S. citizenship status, or their tax returns do not show enough income. This program overcomes all of those issues and many more.

The process is simple. You click on the link below to get pre-approved just like any other mortgage. We do not use W2's or tax returns to prove your income. We use your last three months bank statements to establish your income level. Once you are approved for a home purchase amount, you simply find the home you want and have your agent write up the offer.

The bank then buys the home for you and you complete the agreement between you and the bank to rent it back from them. Your monthly payment to the bank is a fully amortized payment like any other mortgage. It includes paying the principal, interest, taxes and insurance like almost all mortgages.

At all times, 100% of the equity growth is yours and their are no fees when you sell or refinance the home! You can even just stay in the home and pay it off .
