The mistake is …. waiting for rates to drop!

History tells a different story. Real estate rates have always moved in cycles.

Today’s “high” is truly historically low & if there are 56% of the buyers waiting for a 3% interest rate…

well 🤔… data shows you’ll be waiting a very long time!! & then, buying that same property you loved … at $50-100k more in the purchase price. Which means higher property taxes & other costs associated with the value increase.
