🤩 I’m Happy and really Grateful to be joining Habitat for Humanity’s Development Committee in Greater Miami!! Having been in Real Estate for the past 12 years in Miami, I witnessed first hand how difficult home ownership can be…and Needless to say that in 2021-2022 it has become even harder because of inflation, higher interest rates, and lack of inventory. Couple of years later, I had the opportunity to experience the most meaningful venture in my professional life so far with the concert series we co-founded with and team during the Covid lockdown in 2020, generating millions of meals donated to benefit and more! From that moment i knew that charitable work would have to become an important part of my life… so when Habitat for Humanity reached out, needless to say that I was very happy!! Stay tuned!

It might be...but that’s what I’m always thriving for from the very start of every potential client I meet. Of course, sometimes that relationship doesn’t take off right away. Sometimes they already work with other realtors, and sometimes they are just not ready yet but what matters is to remain available to educate your prospects...and sometimes, great friendships can even come out of this process!
