Most real estate agents are looking for more tax deductions.

But what if the opportunity isn’t another deduction?

What if it’s a tax strategy you’ve been overlooking entirely? 👀

It’s called the Augusta Rule (Section 280A).

Under the right circumstances, qualifying homeowners can rent their personal residence to their business for up to 14 days per year without reporting that rental income on their federal tax return.

Think about the potential.

14 days × $2,000 per day = $28,000.

That’s potentially $28,000 in rental income excluded from federal taxable income when the rules are properly followed.

But here’s the catch…

You can’t simply pick a number, call it a business meeting, and expect the IRS to accept it.

You need a legitimate business purpose, a defensible fair-market rental rate, proper documentation, and a structure that complies with the tax rules.

The opportunity is real.

So is the need to get it right.
