Had such a fun weekend sledding on Saturday in Robinson Park and then biking and playing in Wash Park on Sunday! We haven’t had a decent snow day in weeks so this was a treat. And what’s amaziing is that it snows for a whole day and the next day the sun is out and everyone’s outside having fun!

Come visit me at our office in and let's talk real estate! Denver is once again a neutral or BALANCED MARKET which means there is the right amount of inventory and enough buyers out there. The surrounding neighborhoods of Hilltop, Crestmoor Park, Congress Park, Wash Park and Belcaro offer beautiful single family homes for every budget. They range in price from around $300-350/SF for a nice Victorian in Congress Park to over $600/SF in Crestmoor Park for a beautiful ranch. It's a great time to be a Buyer knowing that you have enough inventory that you can find what you really want. It's also a good time to be a Seller knowing that there are enough buyers out there that if you price your home correctly, you will sell!

Had a blast with our amazing friends/family this past week! Showing them around and then skiing in was tons of fun. They are expert skiiers (like my wife ) so keeping up was not easy. I’m still on the greens so taking a turn on the blues was not the best idea😂 Will continue practicing so the next time I’ll be able to keep up! 💪🏼⛷️Can’t wait to see you guys again Marc & Viv!

What a great evening at the Corcoran Perry Signature Awards!

I am honored and grateful to have received an award after just a few months at this amazing company. At such a turbulent and divisive time in our country getting the Spirit of Inclusion award means a lot. I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve my clients backed by a company that not only is in the top 500 in the nation but one that represents the values I hold dear. The Denver County SINGLE FAMILY HOME market is now a SELLERS market for the end of December. Sales were up 7% from November and the median sold price has also gone up to $670,000. This represents an increase of 6% from the previous month. However, the price per SF came down nearly 3% to $387. This shows us that the price for single family homes is going up. The days on market, or how long it takes for a property to sell, is up 23% which means it took more time to sell a property in December than in November. Inventory has gone down dramatically to 1.8 months from 3.1 months in the previous month. This has made the Denver single family home now a strong SELLERS market.

The Miami-Dade SINGLE FAMILY HOME market is a BUYERS market for the end of December. Sales were up nearly 7% from November although the median sold price has come down 1% to $672,000. However, the price per SF has gone up to $568, an increase of 6% from the previous month. The days on market, or how long it takes for a property to sell, is practically the same as last month at 75 days. Inventory has gone come down to 6.7 months which represents a decrease of 10% from November making December still a strong BUYERS market.
