💐Spring is a great time to sell your home, especially now that competition is still high and inventory is low, but we need to keep an eye on interest rates.
Buyers are focusing on home prices, but interest rates directly impact their purchasing power, so if buyers start to leave the market and there are more properties for sale, it may be more difficult for you to get multiple offers on your home and buyers won't be interested or willing to pay way over appraised value, and may not waive the appraisal either....so.… the best time to sell is now!
