Yesterday, this young man, 24 year old nurse and Army Veteran 🇺🇸reached out to me interested in my listing. He had been 5 long months searching for a home and felt totally disillusioned already. 12 hours later him and his mom came to meet me and within 1 hour he went under contract on his 1st home 🏡 with only $3000 total out of pocket 😉. The last few months have been interesting as the tables were turned and I was the buyer. I want everyone to know that I truly do understand the struggles and obstacles that you face during the process of acquiring a property. Whether it’s your 1st home or 2nd or an investment property. No matter who you are or how many properties you own each transaction has its challenges. It’s important you surround yourself with solution oriented people. I’m proud to say I created a great team of professionals that help me make dreams come true everyday for my clients. Personally, I’m lucky to have such a supportive family. I would not be able to do everything I do if it wasn’t for them. Last night I felt very sick. I knew I did not have the option to not push forward and work today. I have too many people counting on me and I try to never let anyone down. Thankfully my amazing family always has my back even for the smallest things like bringing me tea and meds to make sure I’m ok. Thank you everyone for your continued support and trust in me. I truly am grateful 🙏🏻. Oh and I already have a tenant secured for the property 😉.

Who would of thought you can buy a $400,000.00 home with just $15,550.00 total out of pocket ? They didn’t believe it could be possible either 🤔 and we did it! I’m so excited for this amazing couple ! They have been such a pleasure to work with.
