Born and raised in Mexico City, Lived in Texas and moved to Miami ten years ago. Fluent in English and Spanish, received my bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas. Median home prices, trends and what buyers & sellers need to know to stay competitive in this market.
We are looking at lower prices, increased inventory longer months to close compared to a year ago with an inventory of more than 7 months in homes supply. Brickell has over 18 months condo supply which makes this a great opportunity for Buyer's!
