LOOKING FOR Personal Assistant w/ Real Estate Licensee

I am looking for a self-motivated individual looking to work in a fast-paced environment in development real estate sales and marketing for pre construction, this position will be essential to my own success, meaning the person must be responsible and pro-active.
Great attitude and work ethic is very important, I will be personally interviewing you.
Responsibilities
The #1 most important skill required for the position is to be tech-savvy, the person must know how to work with very well with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email, Photoshop, instagram, etc...
Must have a car and laptop
Must be able to work in the office, not remotely.
Must be punctual (very important)
Must have Real Estate License
Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages related to real estate projects
SUPER organized
Fill out forms (purchaser sheets, client registration sheets, etc...)
Enter information into the database (ie: client contact info, multiple excel sheet etc...)
Print out and organize marketing materials
Deliver marketing materials
Follow up with clients via email, text message, phone calls.
Skills
Computer savvy and good with technology is a MUST
Must have great writing skills (English and Spanish is a must)
Great customer service is a must, real estate is a people business and we are selling luxury.
Quick learner is a big plus'
'Typical end time: Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM
Flexible for weekends
Compensation - hour plus bonus - more details in person
