Discovering and understanding the amount of benefits mindfulness has on us and on our mental health is so powerful! Imagine they would teach this in schools?
The whole world could benefit from it! If each of us would have a calm amygdala, calm nervous system & have emotional resilience! There would be more humans intuned with themselves rather then looking for external validation, there would be people seeking more peace, with good intention and less autopilot reactions! Time for all of us to get our super chill system going no more fight or flight responses - we got so many tools available for this!
