Never done one of these long storyline posts, so here it is:

When I was in elementary school I ran a comic book business selling to the kids parents after school. I thought I was rich having $100 in my pockets at 7-8 years old.. I started an ungodly amount of businesses in the years to follow. One more successful than the prior but I was still never satisfied. I realized I was really good at the marketing process that generated sales and that the product didn’t matter because the process was always the same.. that’s when I discovered that Real Estate had all the ingredients I needed to create what I had envisioned for my future. At that point I researched who the big players in the Industry were at the time and went straight to the office of the best in the business: Anthony Askowitz P.A. .. we made a deal, that I’d work for him for one year to REALLY learn the (high volume) business before I could become a part of his sales team. When that time came, I crushed it.. it’s been many years since then and we’re now best friends, business partners and buying investment apartment buildings together. There’s a story behind everyone, this was a veryyy brief version of mine. Happy holidays and cheers to yours my friends 🥂
