Just closed on this beautiful single family home in the Crossings for $618k! Although, all closings come with a lot of joy, this one hits slightly different. Mainly, because I grew up across the street from this house. My neighbors, the Rothman’s watch me grow up. We share many memories from holiday celebrations, to my first car accident, to selling them Cutco knives as a teenager, to eventually trusting me with the sale of their home of 30+ years. I’m extremely grateful for their trust and wish them the best in their future endeavors.

This year I was able to lead a group of my friends to achieve something that seemed impossible to me a few years back. We ended the year assisting 92 families to either buy or sell a home. None of this would be possible without each team member shown in this photo. I’m proud and honored to go to battle with them on a daily basis. The best part of my job isn’t closing on a house. It’s being able to build genuine relationships. This sounds cliche, but it couldn’t be any more true. I’m excited beyond words for my friends Javier and Millie who have been looking for a home since before the pandemic hit. We had many close calls, but couldn’t find the right home that matched their needs. On our way to finding their new home they had a specific opportunity to purchase a home without me and made it clear they wouldn’t buy if I wasn’t involved. I’ll never forget this, and is one of the many reasons why they’ll have a friend in me for life. Congrats on your new home!!!

They say if you love what you do then you’ll never work a day in your life. This saying couldn’t be more true. I was originally contacted by Bruno and Luciana who were looking to sell their home and purchase a new home that better suited their growing family.
