This transformational student housing initiative replaces Stanford Residential Colleges, delivering 666 units and 1,149 beds in support of the University’s First-Year Experience program.

Construction continues at Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach, a dual-building waterfront development along Florida’s Millionaire’s Mile. The project includes (2) residential buildings, a 10-story residential tower and a 3-story residential building set between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Developed by Related Group and Dezer Development, and designed by Arquitectonica International with interiors by Studio Piet Boon, the community will bring 92 luxury residences to this unique ocean-to-Intracoastal site.

Work continues at Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach, a boutique waterfront development rising along Florida’s Millionaire’s Mile.

The project will deliver just 92 expansive residences across two buildings, with floor plans ranging from approximately 2,800 to 6,000 square feet. Designed with oversized terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass, each home is oriented to capture both Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal views.
