understood and acted upon can't be taught in school. Why did I move to Naples, FL? In reality, I moved away from the DC area in order to be closer to my Mother, and to avoid becoming a heartless career woman. I would be lying if I didn't say it was because the pay and cost of living didn't play a role. I decided to make the career move, and accepted a Full Charge Bookkeeper position for a successful real estate Developer working on a new construction projects including their newest real estate Development community named Fiddler's Creek, located in Naples, FL. At the age of 22 I was promoted from Full Charge Bookkeeper to Assistant Controller at the Brawner Company in Washington DC; all while attending school full-time. I have 20 years of experience in real estate Development acquisition and sales, accounting, lending, marketing and operations. This led to my ability to understand and create systems that can be understood by and acted upon all those that work hard to make vision a reality by many team members within various departments in various organizations.
