But here’s the truth —
that’s not new.

People have always sold homes on their own.
It’s called For Sale By Owner.

The only difference now?
They’re using AI as a tool.

And yes — you’re not required to use an agent.
You’re not required to pay a fixed commission.
Everything is negotiable.

But real estate is more than just paperwork.

It’s:

• Strategy
• Problem-solving
• Navigating inspections, timelines, and closing

Even in that story…
they still used a real estate attorney.

AI can give you information.
