You received a LOW offer on your home… now what? 👀🏡

First rule: don’t let emotions take over. Remember, this is a negotiation, not a love proposal. 😂

A low offer doesn’t always mean a bad deal, and it definitely doesn’t mean that’s where the buyer will end up.

Look at the whole offer, understand the terms, and decide whether there’s an opportunity to negotiate.

🏡 Highest doesn’t always mean best.

A strong offer is about more than price.

Financing, contingencies, deposit, inspection terms, appraisal risk, closing timeline and the buyer’s overall ability to perform can all affect how strong an offer really is.

Sometimes an offer with a slightly lower price but stronger terms can give a seller more certainty and potentially lead to a smoother closing.

My job is to help my seller understand the whole offer so they can make the decision that works best for them.

Buyer’s market or seller’s market? 🏡 The answer in Broward County is… BOTH.

July’s numbers show two very different stories depending on the type of property. Single-family homes are still favoring sellers, while condos and townhomes are giving buyers more options and negotiating power.

It’s a great reminder that real estate is local—what you hear about the Florida market doesn’t necessarily tell you what’s happening with your property.
