Miami Condo Luxury Sales Jump 199.1% as Northeast and West Coast Buyers Move to Mega Region!

Luego de haber alcanzado el nivel mas alto en los ultimos siete (7) anos (ano 2011), las tasas de interes para prestamos inmobiliarios a 30 anos bajaron esta semana 0.02 de 4.56% a 4.52%. Para el ano 2017 el promedio de las tasas de interes a nivel nacional, fue del 3.89 %.
