Another successful industrial transaction closed! Principal Greg Milopoulos and Senior Vice President Christian Baena represented Venture One in the $8.75 million acquisition of a 37,500-square-foot industrial assemblage near Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades.

The transaction highlights the continued demand for infill small-bay industrial assets in one of South Florida's most supply-constrained logistics markets. Following the acquisition, Lee & Associates South Florida has also been retained as the exclusive leasing brokerage for the property.
