Invertir en Miami es una excelente decisión, si sabes qué estás comprando.

Llevo más de 10 años asesorando inversores locales e internacionales en este mercado. He trabajado con clientes de América Latina, Europa y Estados Unidos que hoy reciben retornos de sus propiedades en Miami sin tener que ocuparse de nada, desde Latinoamérica, desde Europa, desde donde estén.

Mi trabajo no termina en la compra. Acompaño todo el proceso: evaluación, negociación, cierre, y después administro la propiedad para que el inversor solo vea los resultados.

Coconut Grove has some of my favorite spots in Miami and this is where I'd spend a weekend.

From Uruguayan food and dulce de leche ice cream at Narbona, to a cozy bookstore with a coffee bar at Books & Books, colorful home finds at Sprinhaus, and classic wardrobe basics at Buck Mason.

These are the kinds of places worth knowing if you spend time in Coconut Grove.
