Weekly Market Update for the week of July 3 - July 9

SUMMARY

The market in Miami-Dade performed as expected with a drop in new listings and signed contracts compared to prior weeks due to the 4th of July long weekend. The supply has increased for the 4th consecutive week.

The YTD average sales price in Miami-Dade is $834,000. The average sales price in June 2022 was $871K, down -1.4% from $884K from May 2022 and 16.6% higher than $748K from June 2021. The June 2022 average sales price was at its highest level compared to June 2021 and 2020.
