I’ve been watching, learning, and staying in the trenches with real estate however I can. Launching and currently shadowing a project off cascade in south west Atlanta alongside my mentor.

Wholesaling has taught me a lot about flipping single family homes and teaching others how to do it for themselves one day is my goal.

• 3–4 beds | 2+ baths | 1,300–2,200 sqft
• ARV: $375k–$550k
• Cosmetic rehabs only
• No HOAs

Target Areas: Tucker, Doraville, Chamblee, Smyrna, Marietta (and similar)

Buying at: ≤ 70% ARV minus rehab
Close: Cash / Hard money | Fast & reliable
