I’ve been watching, learning, and staying in the trenches with real estate however I can. Launching and currently shadowing a project off cascade in south west Atlanta alongside my mentor.

📉 Paying collections doesn’t remove them from your report—it just updates the balance to $0. But they still hurt your score! Instead, request a pay-for-delete in writing. Or dispute it strategically to try getting it removed first.

You can be broke and fundable at the same time. Lenders don’t care about your bank account — they care about your history. If your credit report shows consistency, on-time payments, and utilization under 10%, you’re ready for capital. Let me know if I can help!
