I have added a service!! Get excited! We now offer the services of a virtual assistant! We work remotely, managing your day to day tasks that you don't have time for, making your life simpler! I'm looking to expand my business and take on new clients. I have 3 open spots I'd like to fill in August!
A tiny bit about me: My working background is customer service and VIP relations. I've been working as a virtual assistant for almost a year now.
What the virtual assistant does: We are business and personal virtual assistants. Everyone that needs an assistant, needs them for more than just business tasks. Our goal is to make our clients' lives easier. Here's a list of some of the tasks that we perform:
-Creating/updating/maintaining databases and CRMs
-Collating business cards into an Excel sheet for uploading to CRMs or address books
-Data entry
-Basic bookkeeping
-Data mining / online research
-Typing up notes
-Minute taking
-Social media set up/maintenance/content
-Setting up/managing webinars and podcasts
-Setting up LinkedIn groups
-Transcription
-Event coordination – venue finding and confirmation/collating attendees and documents/on-site support
-Chasing outstanding invoices
-Diary/calendar management – scheduling meetings, syncing with devices, adding upcoming events
-Email management and detox
-Writing/editing/formatting reports and presentations
-Researching/making travel and accommodation arrangements
-Lifestyle management – personal duties inc buying gifts, dry cleaning, booking restaurants and events, house moving, researching cheaper utility companies, paying bills etc
-Gmail set up, importing and creating labels/filters/folders (I have a free Gmail course)
-Designing/formatting infographics, logos, banners, social media profile images
