Earlier this month, our South Florida team was proud to join the Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) in supporting ongoing earthquake relief efforts in Venezuela as part of our Colliers Gives initiative💙! Twelve volunteers came together to assemble more than 500 care packages filled with non-perishable food and other essential supplies for families and communities impacted by the crisis.

It was a meaningful day of teamwork, compassion, and giving back to communities in need👏!

Our South Florida team was proud to join community leaders, project partners, and stakeholders to celebrate the groundbreaking for Phase I of Traditions Commerce Park in Port St. Lucie, FL 🏗️!

Executive Vice Presidents Michael Falk and Scott Weprin, Senior Associate Anthony Cicio, and Associate Jake Falk are representing the premier industrial development as it begins the first of three planned phases.

Phase I will introduce much-needed small-bay industrial space, with units starting at approximately 3,200 square feet, providing growing local businesses with modern, flexible options. Once complete, the project will deliver more than 560,000 square feet of industrial and flex space, supporting continued business growth, investment, and job creation within the Southern Grove jobs corridor👏!
