Hay mujeres que me escriben a menudo preguntándome:
“¿Tú crees que yo pueda comprar?”

La respuesta casi siempre es sí.
Lo que pasa es que estamos demasiado en nuestra cabeza.

Porque pensamos:
“Todavía no gano suficiente.”
“No tengo el down payment completo.”
“Quizás en cuatro años.”
“Tal vez después.”

Mientras tanto… hay oportunidades en todas partes.

Desde casas en Homestead que puedes comprar con programas de bajo down payment, hasta condos de lujo donde entras con 20% down y empiezas a construir patrimonio en Miami.

Y sí… también existe la estrategia.

6 closings, 2 parking tickets, one mild car accident, 1 new assistant, 1 new team member, 6 new listings, 4 expired listings, rehired my coach, 1 mental breakdown, 2 trips, 2 awards, a breakup, $4Milli sold, called my dad, a few conferences, constant prayer, still avoiding the gym, weekly weak jokes, retired from the 5AM Prayer club, sorta improved my sleep, and lots of hugs from my mom.
