๐๏ธ Big step forward for housing access in Sweetwater, CREI Holdings has filed plans for Li'l Abner IV, the latest phase of a long-running affordable and workforce housing development.
- The eight-story building would add 250 units and 288 parking spaces on a 5.2-acre site at 11033 NW Second Terrace.
- 150 units would be workforce housing (for households earning 60โ140% of AMI) and 100 would be affordable housing (up to 120% of AMI), based on Miami-Dade's 2025 AMI of $87,200.
- The developer is filing under the Live Local Act to secure additional incentives, with a pool and other amenities planned for residents.
- This marks the fourth phase of the Li'l Abner project overall, which will total close to 1,000 units once complete, a major contribution to Miami-Dade's housing supply on a site that once held a mobile home park.
