Leadership changes when success is no longer the question.

At a certain level, it is no longer about proving how much you can do alone. It becomes about the room you build, the people you bring together, the decisions you make, and your ability to recognize when the strategy needs to change.

I believe great leaders don’t need to be the smartest person in the room. They build the right room.

They stay committed to the mountain while remaining willing to change the path.

That is the Power of Persistence.

It is not blind endurance. It is having the conviction to stay committed to the vision and the intelligence to adapt when the current strategy is no longer working.

And remember:

Confidence doesn’t come before action. Confidence comes from action.
