Our purpose is to use our success in business to help others.

The Connor Group is one of only four companies nationwide named a finalist for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's 2026 Best Corporate Steward: Small and Middle Market Business award.

The recognition reflects one of our most important core values: People Count.

Our associates deliver extraordinary results. Those results enable The Connor Group Kids & Community Partners to create opportunities and change lives. Both begin with people.

You can put your values on a wall. The real test is whether people live them.

Our founder and managing partner Larry Connor shares why culture goes beyond words and is ultimately shaped by the actions of our people.

Our Central Support Office had some very special visitors!

Students from The Greater Dayton School, part of our non-profit arm, Kids & Community Partners, stopped by to hand out Core Value Cards and meet our associates.

Seeing our associates connect with GDS students was a great reminder of the purpose behind our work and the impact we get to be part of every day.

Summer is the busiest season in our business.

It takes focus, urgency and teamwork to deliver for our residents during crunch time. But even in the middle of the push, we make time to step away, connect and have some fun!

Across our markets, teams came together for summer outings filled with go-karts, games, time on the water and plenty of friendly competition. It was a chance to celebrate hard work and enjoy time with the people who make the work easier and the grind worth it.

Now it’s back to work!

Becoming a partner is the highest honor at The Connor Group. It represents more than individual performance. Partners invest in others, strengthen our culture and take ownership of moving the business forward.

Congratulations to Caleb, Rachel and every associate who took home an award this month!

A new school year is underway at The Greater Dayton School! 📚

GDS is Ohio’s first private, nonreligious school created specifically for under-resourced students. The school is funded through our nonprofit arm, Kids & Community Partners.

We cannot wait to see what students learn and achieve this year!
