Update:

Master Bathroom is wrapping up along with the rest of the top floor! Stairwell is ready for treads. Guest suite is getting close and so is the rest of the south wing!
Retention wall/ steps are going up so we can start the land scape and the Kitchen will be in next week 🤞🤞🤞

We've come a long way but there is still a ways to go.

If you can hang doors and trim let me know!!

We've started on the 4th bathroom and couldn't be more excited about this one! This bathroom is one of our favorite features of the entire house. It has an exterior door to come into straight off the beach! The bathroom will feature a large walk in shower, huge trough sink, washer and dryer for clothes and maybe urinal at the special request of the boys.

The stone pebbles on the floor will mimick Lake Michigan beach rocks and the wood plank tile on the walls will give it a rustic sauna vibe. Finished off by Delta Shower Trim in chrome.
