🚨 WHEN THE INSPECTION “PASSES”… BUT WE FIND THIS?! 🚨

New construction home. Everything looks good on paper… until we found the HVAC condensate drain tied directly into the septic line. 😳

🚫 You cannot do that.

That setup can allow septic gases and odors to travel through the drain line and into the living space of the home. Not exactly what you want in a brand-new house!

And this is why a thorough, independent home inspection matters — even when the home has already been inspected and approved.
